Delivery & Returns


Items ordered that are in stock should be dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed. Bee and Sons holds limited stock in our factory and sometimes your order maybe placed in a queue to be manufactured, we will try and inform you if this is the case and when you can expect delivery.

We use Royal Mail Parcels for all UK and worldwide shipping and Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for European deliveries. When your item is ready to be dispatched, we'll send you an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey to you. If you need to change the address or give DHL specific details, you can do so directly with them once you've had your tracking details through.

Shipping Times

UK customers - Next working day following dispatch.

EU customers - 2 – 5 working days after dispatch.

Rest of World customers - 3 - 7 working days after dispatch.


You will be responsible for any import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tag attached.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first double check your bank statement, and then contact customer services via the contact us pages.

Your return will need to be fully tracked and tracking details sent to us at including your reason for refund, order number and full name.


We do offer exchanges for different colours or crops, if the item has visibly not been worn with all tags attached and intact. Follow the returns process as above. Depending on where you live and what is in stock, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
